We do not offer refunds, only exchanges and store credit.
Exchanges and Store Credit
- You have 14 days up until the purchase date to exchange your merchandise for another item of the same cost value or in-store credit. The item must be unworn, in good condition, and the tag must still be on the product in order to exchange the item or receive a store credit.
- If you are making an exchange, please contact email@example.com to receive more instructions.
- Miranda Chaney Petite Wear does not pay for shipping unless the product received was damaged.
- When the product is shipped, to ensure that it is not lost or damaged, we strongly recommend sending the product certified mail with a tracking number. If we do not receive the product back and the customer does not have proof that the product was returned we cannot issue an exchange or store credit.
Sale Items (if applicable)
- Only regular price items may be refunded. Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
- If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
- If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a store credit or exchange to the gift giver and he/she will notify you about your return.
